What is Kookoo World Play?

In what languages is Kookoo World Play available?
Kookoo World Play is currently available in English and Spanish. More languages will be added soon.
You can change the language from within the app. Go to Edit Profile, then Change Display Language, and choose from the available options.

Where can I use Kookoo World Play?
Kookoo World Play is compatible with most iOS and Android devices, and the app can be installed from the iTunes App Store and Google Play Store. If your smartphone or tablet is not among the compatible devices, you can access the web version from a computer at www.mundokuku.com. However, please note that the web version has limited content and functionality.

Getting Started with Kookoo World Play
We’re so happy to have you in the Kookoo World Play community! It’s a safe environment featuring the best animated series for children. Kookoo World Play offers original content designed for young audiences.
Start exploring the recommendations in the Home section. There, you’ll find some of our most popular series, such as Kookoo World Friends and The Adventures of Dae.
Recently watched content will be available in the Seen section, located in the top navigation bar.
Content and Tools
Downloading Content
The download feature allows you to download videos and watch them offline exclusively within the Kookoo World Play app. This way, you can enjoy your favorite episodes anytime, anywhere, even without an internet connection.
Keep in mind that you can only manage downloaded content from within the app, and downloads may take up a significant portion of your device’s storage.
Downloading content is only available for the mobile app and is not supported on the web version of Kookoo World Play. You can access your downloaded content in the Saved section of the app’s top navigation bar.

Personalized Profiles
Create individual profiles for each of your children so they can enjoy a unique experience with content tailored to their age range. You can create multiple user profiles.
Security PIN
Control access to the app and advanced settings. This ensures that only adults can make changes.
Timer
Set screen time limits to encourage balanced app usage and promote offline activities.
My Subscription
Checking Subscription Status & Canceling a Subscription
You can check your subscription status at any time. Simply go to Settings > My Subscriptions to see when your subscription started, when it will renew, and how to cancel it.
If you subscribed through iTunes App Store, you can check your subscription in your device’s settings or through the App Store. If you need help canceling your subscription, visit: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098.
If you subscribed through Google Play Store, you can check your subscription status through your Google Play account and follow these steps to cancel:
Open Google Play Store.
Tap the three-bar icon in the upper-left corner.
Tap Subscriptions.
Find the Kookoo World Play subscription and select it. If you don’t see it, that means there is no active subscription.
If you already canceled, you’ll see the expiration date. If you haven’t canceled yet, you’ll see the renewal date and price, along with an option to cancel.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your recurring subscription at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

How do I change my password?
To change your password, go to Settings, then My Subscriptions, and select Membership. From there, you can quickly and securely update your password.

How do I delete my account?
If you need to permanently delete your Kookoo World Play account, you can do so directly in the app.
Log in to the app.
Navigate to My Subscriptions > Delete Account > Send Email.
You will receive an email at the provided email address with a link to confirm the account deletion.
If you have an active subscription, you must cancel the renewal before deleting your account.
